• shall plan perform and lead risk assessments covering all safety critical areas of Pipeline and IRM related projects, activities and work environments
• will perform project kick off meetings immediately prior to IMR and Inspection Related Operations
• shall explain and instruct subordinates in the correct use of Inspection Equipment and Inspection Systems
• will accurately report Software and/or Hardware faults and the context in which they are found to the appropriate support staff
• shall prepare project specific procedures in accordance with client specifications and project requirements
• need tot understand and gather the necessary back ground information and data (work pack) to undertake the specific work, e.g. existing data, drawings and charts
• have a detailed knowledge of the operation of technical software for the recording and processing of pipeline event data
• are responsible for preparing work plans from client supplied work scopes with due respect to operational constraints and requirements, maximizing efficiency and resource utilization
• carry out quality control check both video and audio formats and check event data logged and/or being logged
• shall have and demonstrate a detailed understanding of events which fall out with supplied criteria of non-conformance (anomalies) so that guidance can be given to online personnel
• in order for quality control you will check paper and/or electronic data sheets for the recording of data during inspections of wellheads, SSIV’s and other subsea structures
• carry out advanced quality reviews of pipeline videos, events, charts and electronic data collected and/or being collected
• in order for quality control you will check raw and processed pipeline data

• are experienced in Project and People Management
• have minimal 5 years work experience in Pipeline Inspection and IRM Engineering
• CSWIP 3.4u Certified
• have good computer skills (MS Office, Video Processing, Adobe Acrobat, Pipeline Inspection Software)
• have good  verbal and written knowledge of the English language
• are in the possession of a valid Offshore medical and offshore survival certificates suitable for the geographical area of work
• have VOL-VCA and MIST certificates.
